Hylomar® Advanced Formulation and Hylomar® Advanced Formulation HV

Hylomar® Advanced Formulation and Hylomar® Advanced Formulation HV are solvent-free, non-hardening and non-setting sealing compounds ideally suited for sealing joints. They fill surface irregularities between sealing surfaces, providing reliable sealing.

Both formulations improve the sealing performance of a wide range of gaskets and flanges and are resistant to:

Automotive fluids
Mineral oils
Synthetic lubricants
Fuels

With a broad operating temperature range of -55 °C to +250 °C, the products are resistant to vibration and shock as well as different rates of thermal expansion. Parts can be assembled immediately or held for any length of time before the joint is made.

Hylomar® Advanced Formulation is a solvent-free, non-curing and non-setting sealing compound, ideally suited for sealing joints. It can also be used to coat gaskets and improves the sealing performance of all types of gaskets.

Hylomar® Advanced Formulation HV is the high-viscosity, non-sagging and thixotropic version. It has been developed with specific rheological properties for excellent sealing of close-fitting sealing surfaces and for filling and sealing surface irregularities on flange surfaces.

Fuel injector retaining nuts
